We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Intensive Treatment Clinician also known as In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician to join our growing children's mental health program at CSA in Needham!
The In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician with the Community Service Agency (CSA) Program is embedded in the Family Intensive Team (FIT) and is responsible for delivering comprehensive, strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and families within home and community settings.
In this vital role, the In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician serves as the lead coordinator of care for an assigned caseload facilitating assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members and external partners.
In addition, the In Home Intensive Treatment Clinician supports youth development, family empowerment, and linkage to community resources in alignment with client-identified goals.
Salary:
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours; requires ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, to meet family needs
We offer excellent supervision towards licensure as well!
