Job Description

The Group Facilitator I/Parent Facilitator I partners with direct service staff to assist with outreach and recruitment for program participation; and assists with facilitating multi-component education and prevention programs at the school and company based levels.

Qualifications

1.    High school diploma or GED equivalency with 4 years experience in social services or education required.

2.    Experience in developing and presenting prevention and education workshops or programs is desirable.                     

3.    Experience in understanding cultural differences and is sensitive to the implications of culture for service delivery.

4.    Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) desirable.
