    Purpose:

    The Finance Manager will lead the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) for North America and continue to progress and evolve other SigniFi initiatives such as Brand P&Ls and SCA reporting capabilities. This role will regularly present to the IM NA CFO, the Company Group Chair, and members of the NA Leadership Team and requires strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication skills. The Manager will also develop, lead, and supervise an FLDP.

    You will be responsible for:

    a) Finance lead for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process

    • Proactively develop and communicate guidance, key timelines, and updates to lead organization through the monthly IBP process
    • Lead monthly consolidated review with senior cross-functional leadership intended to highlight insights and drive strategic decisions across the business
    • Coordinate with and influence key business partners in Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance to drive continued evolution and improvement
    • Collaborate with and proactively share perspective and feedback with Global SigniFi team to drive continued improvement and enhancements within IBP process and Anaplan system
    • Collaborate with FP&A team on calendar planning to drive synergies across existing processes and minimize duplicative work
    • Develop data visualization options to bolster insights provided to senior leadership as part of the monthly IBP process
    • Identify process improvements and provide recommendations on key focus areas
    • Be an Anaplan subject matter expert (SME)

    b) SCA Reporting: Identify opportunities to enhance and/or automate current reporting with SCA system capabilities

    c) Lead continued progress and refinement of Brand P&Ls

    • This includes using system capabilities, performing analytics, and developing recommendations for improvement considering various use cases and audiences
    • Leading initiatives and meetings, and collaborating with the broader finance team
    • Developing and delivering written and verbal presentations and communications

    d) Lead FPA system submissions and sector consolidations adjustments for sales

    e) Lead and coach an FLDP

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
    • A minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience in a complex multi-national company/environment is required
    • A CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred
    • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment are required
    • Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influencing skills are required
    • This position requires a highly motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills
    • Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and
    • formulas)
    • The ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all levels of the organization including Executive Leadership
    • Experience leading effectively in a distributed team environment with direct and indirect reporting lines is preferred
    • The position is located in Titusville, NJ. This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $100,000- $173,500
