    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Finance Manager – Palm Beach Gardens Plant Controller to join our team located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide financial leadership to the Palm Beach Gardens and Oberdorf Manufacturing Facilities whilst cross-functionally partnering with Ops, Plan, Source, Quality, R&D, Comm, and Demand Planning
    • Lead business planning cycles, gross profit improvement discussions, cost improvement project valuations
    • Manage product costing, capital request prioritization and approvals, headcount reporting, and plant metrics
    • Establish and continually develop current Palm Beach Gardens manufacturing role while managing a team of Senior Analysts/Lead Analysts
    • Help establish new plant metrics to shape and influence critical business decisions
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within DPS Supply Chain Finance
    • Ability to present in a clear and concise manner to executive management regarding financial issues, budgets and forecasts.
    • Exercise good judgment in analyzing and resolving accounting and operational problems and communicate to management in a timely manner.
    • Identify internal control weaknesses and process improvements. Initiate and recommend changes that will reduce closing cycle time and enhance effectiveness of financial reporting
    • Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all required journal entries are prepared and posted to the general ledger.
    • Analyze and review expenditures. Review capital expenditure requests and prepare ROI analysis, as needed.
    • Maintain and be able to analyze actual vs standard manufacturing variances

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
    • Minimum of five years Finance, Accounting, or related Business Experience required.
    • Professional Certification (CMA, CPA) and/or MBA preferred.
    • Must possess excellent analytical skills and presentation skills.
    • Healthcare Industry experience is preferred.
    • SAP experience preferred.
    • Data visualization experience preferred (i.e. Tableau, Qlik Sense).
    • Must be able to effectively challenge business partners and propose alternative solutions.
    • The position will be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN.
