Position Overview
The Finance Manager Pricing Strategy will be the financial lead for Oncology - Hematology, and IMAAVY / Immunology Lifecycle Brands pricing strategies supporting the Strategic Customer Group (SCG). This Manager is responsible for influencing key strategies and business decisions to ensure patient access to brands for Oncology - Hematology, IMAAVY, and Immunology Lifecycle Brands. Success in this role requires strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership with Gross to Net (GTN) Finance, SCG, Commercial Excellence, Government Contract Compliance, Brand Finance, and Brand Marketing. This role supervises and coaches two senior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
The position will require the candidate to be an integral part of pricing strategy development and implementation discussions, including involvement in strategic analyses and understanding market landscapes.
The finance manager will participate in pricing decisions for all levels of Contracting and Pricing Committee meetings and be the financial lead in establishing list price and contracting strategies for launch products within Oncology - Hematology, IMAAVY, and Immunology Lifecycle Brands.
The finance manager will regularly participate in senior executive level reviews of access deals with Company Presidents, Chief Customer Officer, VP Finance and others.
The role is responsible for assessing the impact of potential legislative changes across the portfolio of products.
This manager will also participate in leading the pricing support for certain ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A major in Finance or Accounting, or Business-related degree is highly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years business experience including accounting, finance, or business analysis is required.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel is required. (Pivot Tables, V- Look ups, If statements, etc.)
The ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization is required.
Candidate must possess strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Preferred:
A CPA, CMA or other Financial Certifications are preferred.
Prior experience with supervising a staff at is preferred.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but not required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000-$172,500
