  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Analyzing financial performance of the existing business.
    • ‪Assist Operations with analysis to improve financial efficiency.
    • Work with operations leaders and various department heads to build annual operating budgets and multi-year forecasts.
    • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development and other departments to provide analysis and insights about our practices.
    • Work with operational leaders to build DeNovo models.
    • Communicate conclusions simply – verbally, in email and in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Conduct analytics for IDG’s operations team and provide reports to allow them to better understand the recent and near-term performance of IDG’s practices (including KPIs).
    • Conduct other financial and non-financial analysis as required.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting.
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Specifically strong in excel).
    • 1-5 FP&A experience, specifically in budgeting and forecasting for a multi-departmental organization.
    • M&A experience a plus.
    • Analytical mind set, intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn how to conduct sophisticated financial analytics.
    • Ability to create advanced spreadsheets to solve quantitative problems.
    • Ability to think and work independently. Thoughtful and analytical. Desire to work on a variety of projects, simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.
