PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of business requirements for key financial reporting and dashboards based on the OptumRx financial data mart technology platform, which includes PowerBI and SAS.
• Manage automation of existing Excel-based financial reports using a single consolidated software service through the financial data mart platform.
• Support and maintain newly developed and future PowerBI reports across OptumRx Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
• The role will be responsible for the automation of 100+ legacy Excel-based financial reports via a single consolidated software service through PowerBI.
• The role will help address current unmet Business Analyst workload requirements, projected to be 2,000 hours for 2020, and expected to continue throughout 2021.
• The role supports the financial data mart platform project, which consolidates 2.5B operational transactions and 12M financial records annually
• This data consolidation supports 500+ financial business processes for across OptumRx, including Finance, Accounting, and Operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with large data sets
• 2 or more years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate level MS Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PowerBI Experience
• SQL or SAS experience
• Process Improvement with Six Sigma or Lean initiatives
• Experience developing requirements
