    POSITION DESCRIPTION

That's a lot of responsibility, but you will have the support and resources of a Fortune 6 industry leader behind you every step of the way. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

    • Develop perform and manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
    • Partners with departmental leaders to oversee the budget creation and periodic forecasting
    • Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
    • Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
    • Develops cost/benefit analyses and staffing needs for key strategies or initiatives
    • Participates and develops company-wide business plan and strategies
    • Research and understand business and clinical operations to work with Sr. leaders on SG&A efficiency, workforce management, and medical affordability initiatives

    FINANCIAL REPORTING

    • Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
    • Manage all periodic financial reports for senior leadership

    PROVIDER INCENTIVE COMPENSATION :

    • Timely calculation of various provider incentive compensation programs
    • Partner with departmental and physician leadership to oversee and maintain metrics for incentive compensation plans
    • Ability to present and explain provider incentive compensation results with Sr. Leaders
    • Creation and management of various ad hoc analysis and financial models for Sr. Management

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
    • 4+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and/or accounting including:
      • Budgeting
      • Forecasting
      • Performance Measures
    • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Ability to effectively perform and support transactional-based finance and accounting transactions
    • Ability to solve complex problems through collaboration with operations and other resources.
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Proven experience working collaboratively across a matrix environment to drive business performance

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience
    • Healthcare experience
    • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel (Advanced Formula, Power Pivot and Power Query)
    • Experience working with Incentive Compensation programs a plus
    • Public accounting experience
    • CPA license or MBA degree
