The IT Support Specialist Intern will be located at our Administrative building in Land O Lakes, FL. We are looking for a motivated future Information Technology professional to assist in both daily IT support duties, as well as special projects related to healthcare IT. Responsibilities * Provide remote help desk support and assist staff in troubleshooting their computer hardware and/or software. If issue requires higher level of support gather and provide the necessary information to escalate support to System Support staff to efficiently diagnose and resolve the issue within the scope of FMC IT Standards. * Provide End User Setup and support on the installation of new hardware and software systems within all FMC facilities. Maintain documentation on equipment adds/moves/disposal of IT related equipment. * Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software and configuring systems and applications. * Provide on-site training on hardware and software systems as defined by IT standard operating procedures.
