    We are hiring for a role within the North America Medical Devices Deliver Team. This Analyst will have franchise specific accountability for Ethicon and CSS distribution activities, and support the MD Channel Operations team, which develops and maintains strong relationships with external medical devices distributors. The Analyst role will drive critical data analysis, scenario planning, and partner on key optimization initiatives related to distribution to our customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive analytics related to regional franchise initiatives and business performance for the Deliver organization, including cost improvement initiatives

    • Partner across functions to drive performance objectives and ensure that targets are met

    • Collaborate to support and execute Customer Experience initiatives

    • Evaluate opportunities to improve distributor customer expectations and internal policies/requirements

    • Streamline distributor order monitoring and issue management processes through digital innovation

    • Conduct root cause/trending analysis, and develop/implement short and long-term solutions for complex issues using knowledge of products, processes, and contacts to meet business plan objectives.

    • Lead advanced projects to drive departmental supply chain efficiency.

    • Mine and analyze data across multiple data sources to identify cost, efficiency and / or effectiveness opportunities

    • Present data in a format that allows management to make strategic decisions; i.e., creation of an executive summary; use of PE tools and concepts to analyze/drive process improvements as appropriate.

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    · Minimum Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    Required:

    · Strong data analysis skills with the ability to analyze, automate, and provide outcomes relating to root cause/trending and scenario planning

    · Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, and build relationships with various cross-functional partners

    Preferred:

    · Advanced analytics & automation experience

    · Experience with SAP/ERP platforms, Power BI tools

    · Inclination to improve current processes with new solutions

    Other:

    · Position can require up to 10% domestic travel


    Additional Information:

    • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $59,500 to $70,000 annually.

    • This position is not eligible for overtime pay
