HR Operations Specialist **HR Operations Specialist (Talent
Acquisition)** __ PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supports FMCNAs mission,
vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the
FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and
division/company policy requirements. As a part of Talent Acquisition
Operations, the TA Compliance and Operations team is responsible for
ensuring a consistent approach to hiring, managing our background
screening process, I-9 compliance process, credentialing and attestation
processes. An important role on this team is the Talent Acquisition
Operations Specialist. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring a
consistent and compliant approach to hiring by reviewing and validating
candidate profiles prior to hire, scheduling and conducting
individualized assessments related to background screening checks and
taking part in our hospital attestation, acquisition onboarding and I-9
compliance processes. **** PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Talent Acquisition compliance, ensuring that prospective
employees meet all pre-hire screening requirements, including drug
screens, I-9 verification, credentialing and background checks prior to
hire * Responsible for contacting all prospective employees that are
identified through a background check as having a criminal conviction or
discipline on a professional license * Reviews nursing reports filed
with the Board of Nurses department to determine reasons for, and facts
surrounding any disciplinary action against a prospective employees
professional license * Conducts scripted, recorded phone screens in a
professional, non-judgmental manner * Provides documentation to HR
partners along with recommendation for hire determination * Conducts
candidate turn-down calls on behalf of organization * Manages the
Attestation Request database and provides attestation letters within
agreed upon SLA * Manages third party credentialing systems in support
of the attestation process * Responsible for maintaining our internal
employee case management system and resolving all TA Operations-related
cases * Supports HR with the management of the companys outplacement
vendor; facilitates introductions and provides information on the
companys outplacement program as needed * Oversees overall I-9
compliance and administers access to authorized users for the
e-verification of Section 2 * Works with TA Operations vendors to ensure
account maintenance and system and training documentation is up to date
- Supports the acquisition process by facilitating the onboarding of
employees acquired by the company * Assist in development and delivery
of training programs for pre-hire screening requirements * Assists in
developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with
direction from Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. * Other duties as
assigned Project Support · May support projects related to I-9
compliance, background and drug screen processes, credentialing and

related field preferred. _EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: _ * 1-3
years of experience in an operational and/or administrative support role
in human resources. * Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality in
dealing with all documents, files and communications * Strong skills
within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Proven
organizational, critical thinking and administrative skills with keen
attention to detail and strong time-management. * Ability to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail * Highly
motivated with ability to prioritize work * Self-starter with ability to
work independently, and as a collaborative member of a team. * Strong
interpersonal and customer service skills. * Strong written, verbal,
