    We are currently searching for an Enterprise System Specialist - PLM, based in our Kulpsville, PA facility.  

    This IT role will have two primary responsibilities: Management and delivery of PLM Projects or PLM-related aspects of cross functional projects and support of existing PLM applications.   

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Gather customer requirements, ie: conducting workshops for requirements collections
    • Document and train employees on PLM processes including workflow designs built in the LeverX IPS tool.
    • Interact with 3rd party PLM experts and developers on a regular basis.
    • Design, develop, implement PLM system workflows

    Required Skills

    Education: 

    • BS Degree in MIS, Computer Sciences is required

     

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

      • 3-5 years leading cross functional and global projects specific to SAP PLM

        • Ability to travel 15% - 20% of time.
        • Knowledgeable in SAP PLM modules like SAP DMS, Classification, Notifications, Material Management, Bill of Materials, Data migration
        • Expertise on SAP PLM Web UI modules
        • Expertise in customizing, delivering functional specifications for enhancements of SAP PLM solution mainly on PLM Web UI.
        • Strong interpersonal and change management skills necessary
        • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
        • Minimum of one End to End implementation experience
        • A balance of both business acumen and technical knowledge
        • Service minded, innovative in their thinking and adept at teamwork
        • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required
        • Ability to work well with others is a fast-paced team environment, including the ability to maintain composure in highly stressful situations required 
        • Ability to plan & organize work; simultaneously handle multiple tasks & priorities required.
