POSITION SUMMARY
The Instructional Designer is responsible for working with clinic and other stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions based on identified employee development objectives. The Instructional Designer provides training design expertise and is accountable for the overall quality and effectiveness of courses designed. Success in this role depends on a candidate’s knowledge of instructional design, course design, development concepts, and ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across company.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Instructional Design/Training Development preferred
Healthcare field background preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in instructional design and/or technical writing; experience conducting needs analysis; knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation, and learner-centered activities
Knowledge of emerging and progressive content design techniques and strategies; knowledge of e-learning standards and LMS courseware integration; knowledge of industry standards
