Requirements - Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work in the state of Washington with a minimum of two years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services. - Must be eligible for Washington State Registration. - Must meet criteria to be a mental health professional (MHP). - The Clinician must complete a state supported WISe training module or its equivalent. - Ability to perform all clinician duties and responsibilities. - Ability to work within the agencys structure, to relate constructively to colleagues and community, and to use professional guidance and supervision. - Sensitivity to individuals unique cultural characteristics, and to the challenges faced by the socioeconomically disadvantaged. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed. - Must have a car available or transportation acceptable to FBH. Job Description Summary The WISe Wrap Around Clinician II is specially trained to coordinate and facilitate the WISe process individual(s) and their families. Provides advanced care coordination activities within the phases and activities of WISe. Provides targeted support services, to facilitate the provision of a system of care that is child-centered with the needs of the child and family dictating the types and mix of services provided, to assist in preventing an out-of-home placement. To be effective, will work with children in their homes and communities, and incorporate the entire family in the treatment program and be focused on their strengths as well as the childs age and cultural heritage. Functions will be initiated through a non-diagnostic screening with the client and his/her family to assess service need and eligibility. The coordination of services between agencies will be an on-going task. Expected to develop cooperative working relationships with all agencies serving eligible youth, from which a client might be expected to receive direct or indirect services, as well as establishing and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with those clients and their families who are in need of support. Will need to maintain close communication with the Program Administrator, team members, SCRSN and other clinical and administrative staff in order to assure the highest quality of services is delivered to the youth consumer and his/her family.
