    Clinician II - Youth & Adult Services (YAS) - Sprague Division Family Service Spokane Location Howard Schedule Full Time Shift Day NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible? Requirements All clinicians must possess the following: -Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work in the state of Washington with a minimum of two years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services. -Licensure in the State of Washington preferred or must be eligible for Washington State Registration. Licensed professionals will be considered as Clinician III. -Must meet criteria to be a mental health professional (MHP). -Ability to perform all clinician duties and responsibilities. -Ability to work within the agencys structure, to relate constructively to colleagues and community, and to use professional guidance and supervision. -Sensitivity to individuals unique cultural characteristics, and to the challenges faced by the socioeconomically disadvantaged. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed. -Must have a car available or transportation acceptable to FBH. Youth & Adult Services provides an array of mental health and behavioral interventions to children, adolescents and their families who need additional help or support. Services can be short-term or long-term depending on the needs of the child and family and may include: »Individual, group and family therapy »Case management »Parenting support and education »Psychological testing »Psychiatric medication management »Crisis management Clinician II - YAS Provide counseling and care coordination services to clients assigned to caseload, including: -Identifying and including the clients support network in care coordination; -Counseling for client and possible family members; -Assisting clients in identifying and accessing resources which will meet their needs; -Assisting clients in the development of healthy coping mechanisms; -Education on mental disorders and support with symptom management; and -Coordination and collaboration with community resources on behalf of clients. Manage caseload in accordance with agency guidelines, Care plan development and implementation, risk assessment and management, and assessment of measurable progress.
