Be fully knowledgeable of business issues of assigned areas. Regularly monitors and reports recruitment statistics/ trends. Provide consultation on employee relations issues to directors and employees. Ensures accurate data is entered and maintained in Lawson for each employee in assigned areas. General Human Resources Department Responsibilities Participates in other special projects related to HR initiatives. Job Requirements Minimum Education Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
