Infusion Registered Nurse – Framingham, MA

32-Hour Workweek | Thursdays Off | No Nights/Weekends

We are seeking an full-time Infusion RN to join our collaborative care team at Gastro Health Framingham , where you'll work alongside 10 gastroenterologists and 5 nurse practitioners in a supportive outpatient setting. This role offers predictable daytime hours , a 32-hour schedule with Thursdays off , and the opportunity to develop and grow with infusion training available.

Schedule

• 32-hour workweek
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call

What You'll Do

• Provide infusions in a calm, outpatient setting (5–10 patients/day)
• Rotate with 2–3 RNs between triage, patient calls, and refill coordination
• Support weekly biologic inventory tracking and ordering
• Document in Epic EMR
• Work in a 4-chair infusion suite (3 in regular use)
• Infusion training available — we will support your development

_Candidate requirements _

• Current Massachusetts State RN license
• 2 year RN experience preferred
• Infusion and IV experience preferred, biologic experience a plus
• BLS and ACLS (preferred)
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach
• Medical skills: venipuncture, EKG's, basic laboratory analysis, and injections, assisting with physical examinations and procedures

_Job Duties _

Our Infusion Nurses interact with patients daily, and they provide valuable customer service to our patients. They administer medication, record medical information, and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Our Gastro Health family can go home at the end of the day knowing they made a positive difference in our patients' lives.

In this role, the infusion RN will administer biologic medications to our IBD patients.
