    Job Duties **
    **
    Our Administrator oversees all aspects of our in-office Endoscopy Center and are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Practice.

    • Manage all aspects of the care centers compliance and risk management
    • Direct and supervise all practice activities through Assistant Practice Manager
    • Oversee the business and financial affairs of the Practice and Endoscopy Center
    • Plan and facilitate monthly corporation meeting
    • Serve as a liaison and channel of communication between the practice and business departments such as Accounting, RCM, Compliance / Legal and Marketing.
    • Receive patient/guardian complaints, investigate, and provide resolutions when indicated.
    • Utilize interpersonal skills to align goals between physicians, managers, and employees.
    • Evaluate and recommend changes to clinic operations that result in positive patient and employee experiences.
    • Set goals and objectives for the practice and Endoscopy center
    • Maintain super-user knowledge up-to-date and current
    • Responsible for physician schedules and templates in practice management system
    • Responsible for care center and Endoscopy center purchasing decisions; working with preferred vendors; ordering supplies; and managing inventory
    • Coordinate on annual budgets and financial planning goals
    • Work with accounting department in approving all accounts payables
    • Work with credentialing department in obtaining physician signatures or documentation
    • Work with Revenue Cycle department to ensure maximized reimbursement is achieved
    • Review daily routing tickets for appropriate charge collections
    • Attend scheduled managers meetings at executive office
    • Scheduling and coordinating monthly physician meeting
    • Ensure required training is complete for all new hires, existing employees and providers
    • Ensure safety audits, code drills, safety drills and OSHA training is meeting accreditation standards
    • Report to the board during quarterly meetings, and maintain meeting minutes
    • Ensure credentialing for all providers are completed prior to them beginning to work at Endoscopy Associates
    • Analyze and gather data regarding patient satisfaction surveys, internal and external benchmarking
    • Ensure peer reviews are complete
    • Complete Quality Improvement studies 2 x's a year per accreditation guidelines
    • Work closely with the board, physicians and all staff members at the Practice and Endoscopy Center
    • Infection Control and other required training for staff members
    • Ensure the comfort and safety of each patient
    • Understand and utilize all equipment necessary for procedures
    • Effectively communicate relevant information to physicians and staff
    • Implement and adhere to all Practice and Endoscopy Center policy and procedures
    • Assess, implement and manage staff development program
    • Ensure on-going compliance with accreditation readiness policy and procedures in conjunction with the medical director and board members
    • Ensure proper use of office equipment by designated personnel
    • Other duties as assigned

    Direct Supervisory Responsibility:

    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
    • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Candidate Requirements ** __**

    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MHA preferred

    • 5 plus years managing at an endoscopy center

    • Demonstrated leadership competence and preferred 3+ years of management experience in a medical setting.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Knowledgeable in computer applications and their use in a clinical setting.

    • Proficient in speaking and writing English.

    • Ability to develop, understand and analyze data for the practice.

    • Occasional driving is required. Current WSDL required.

    • Current RN licensure in the State of Washington.

    • BLS and ACLS Certified.
