We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for our entry-level JR. HR REPRESENTATIVE. Written and verbal Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate sourcing and recruitment process
• Coordinate staffing changes for payroll
• Under the guidance of a Lead HR Representative, act as liaison to employees and managers for all inquiries and requests
• Work with a Lead HRR to enforce all corporate policies
• Learn to coordinate and conduct training programs throughout the year
• Assist in planning company events as required
• Under the guidance of a Lead HRR, coordinate progressive discipline process
• Under the guidance of a Lead HRR, coordinate coaching & counseling
• Conduct monthly compliance audits as required
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Assist Lead HRR, HR Manager and Director of Human Resources with special projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labor Relations or related field
• 0-1 years HR experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher & Outlook)
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is preferred
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Strong verbal/written communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
