GBG/Genesis Hospitality is currently hiring a part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team (in-person) in our Hamilton, NJ office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research payroll tax discrepancies
• Close inactive state jurisdictions and follow up with ADP tax and banking team
• Special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years’ experience using ADP tax and banking reports and set-ups
• Experience registering State, SUI, and Local tax jurisdictions online
• Experience using ADP reporting tools
• Experience reconciling payroll to general ledger accounts
• Experience with W2 review
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Prior experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding all information handled
• Must be detail-oriented
• Team player
