GBG is currently hiring for a Full-Time Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in our corporate office in Hamilton, NJ. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant for Genesis, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in their day-to-day search for candidates at all levels, and help GBG continue its explosive expansion and growth. We are looking for motivated and professionally minded individuals to join our diverse team of Human Resource professionals. This position is open to entry-level candidates or those who would like to make a career change into a company with a culture that values hard work, great attitude, and promotes from within. This is an opportunity with significant career growth potential in various areas of the HR field including Talent Acquisition, HR Representative work, Benefits and Leave Administration, Payroll, and more. 

JOB DUTIES: 

·         Sourcing and screening resumes, both for open job requisitions and for scheduled hiring events

·         Phone screening candidates

·         Meeting assigned quotas (numbers of calls per hour, number of hires per month, etc.)

·         Scheduling interviews, when assigned

·         Completing the electronic new hire onboarding process, including I9 and Everify

·         Coordinate college relations- career fairs, internship programs, networking

·         Researching and suggesting new recruitment sources

·         Assist with company events and special projects, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher & Outlook) 

·         Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is preferred

·         Positive attitude 

·         Willingness to learn 

·         Strong verbal/written communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred) 

·         Ability to work under pressure 

·         Strong attention to detail 

·         Ability to multi-task 

·         Team player
