    As a member of the Surgery Network Supply Chain team for MT Surgery, this leader will represent Deliver pillar for all initiatives associated to Surgery Network execution globally, bringing functional expertise and a full view of Deliver strategy & operations within the E2E approach. Will also drive direction regarding strategy at the distribution space and coordinate execution within involved geographies. Key Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for mapping requirements and implications from Surgery Network program into Deliver arena, including distribution, customer services, transportation and value added solutions.
    • Coordinate analysis with regions/operations to identify capacity and capabilities gaps to enable Surgery Network successful execution, designing action plan to address these gaps and coordinate execution within involved locations and organizations
    • Resource plan assessment to support execution of activities required for Surgery Network execution in Deliver operations
    • Directly provide Deliver inputs and execution for projects without a fully dedicated resource required from Deliver.
    • Define what are the metrics to track advancement of the Deliver associated tasks within the project and what success looks like
    • Review all potential impacts associated to inventory pull backs, destruction, redeployment, donation, recycling, new variant introductions and market transitions.
    • Perform a financial validation of associated costs in Deliver to execute Surgery Network strategies, both from an operational standpoint and investments to stand up new capabilities. Communicate, align and approve required funds for execution, as well as tracking utilization in partnership with regions and Surgery Network SC finance leader.
    • Be a change agent by identifying, proposing and driving approval of operational processes changes to enable higher efficiency for Surgery Network activities, eliminating non-value added steps from the way.
    • Drive integration of E2E SC Processes (e.g product flow within regions, S&OP, Financial reviews, Capex deployment, Customer Services, Q&C)
    • Represent & Integrate Deliver into the Global Surgery Network SC Team
    • Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.

    Qualifications

    Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; Advanced degree preferred.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
    • Experience within Supply Chain, specially on distribution, customer service, planning and project management
    • Deep expertise in Deliver processes
    • Ability to promote a vision and inspire change to transform teams and processes, via strong engagement/communication
    • Collaboration - able to build positive relationships internally and externally
    • Leadership Imperatives: Connect, Shape, Lead, Deliver
    • Has led or performed roles with significant partner management and leading by influence skills
    • Good eye for business and customer centric mentality

    Preferred:

    • FPX and Lean certifications can represent a significant.
    • Familiarity with IT systems and knowledge of systems, from an expert user standpoint
    • Prior people management experiences
    • Network design and product flow optimization knowledge
    • Depth of knowledge in warehousing, reverse logistics and transportation processes

    Other:

    • Requires up to 10-20% domestic and/or international travel to other sites/locations
    • Eligible for severance

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $100,000-$172,500/yr.

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
