    The Global Learning team, part of Talent Development at Johnson & Johnson, is looking for someone who is excited about the possibility of influencing and discovering new solutions in the ways we deliver our learning and other Talent Development programs. You will be shaping the way we develop leaders on a global scale.

    If you think you can impact the design strategy and program oversight of J&J Enterprise leadership programs, as well as support development of leadership capabilities and professional skills for J&J leaders leveraging best in class practices, tools and blended learning methods, then we want to hear from you!

    AS A GLOBAL LEARNING CO-OP, A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Supporting initiatives across the Talent Development group
    • Developing and implementing ways to market and communicate the groups offerings across a global company
    • Rethinking the way we deliver our talent development agenda for sectors and regions by consulting with Talent Management and HR Business Partners on the learning and development of our employees
    • Assisting with the development of global training programs and offerings from our portfolio
    • Conducting needs analysis to evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning impact and behavioral changes at the individual and organizational level
    • Assisting with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants
    • Collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts, business partners and vendors to design new content, tools and learning solutions to meet J&J’s leadership capabilities needs
    • Organizing document retention for the Global Learning team
    • Building common leadership and professional skills for all employees (e.g. people leadership, communication skills, coaching and feedback, leading teams, innovation capabilities, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
    • Current matriculated student working towards a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Communications, or other related field
    • Intended graduation date between December 2019 and May 2021
    • A minimum GPA of 3.00 Cumulative is required
    • Proven ability to think strategically and translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging corporate environment
    • Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
    • Aptitude to collect data, define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
    • People skills required to work with world class leaders in this organization
    • Team player and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers
    • Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily for the duration of the co-op
    • Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) throughout the duration of the co-op position
    • Fluency in English is required
    • Preferred start date is January 2019
