    This role is responsible to develop, implement, and lead the automation of content generation for the IBP forums across MedTech, as a part of the IBP Re-Ignite program. The MedTech IBP Re-Ignite program's objective is to drive IBP to be the key decision-making process for the business by driving cross-functional ownership, enabling IBP as the baseline for financial planning, embedding inventory-focus, and integrating gross profit visibility. This is an exciting opportunity to transform a cross-functional business process across Global MedTech! The role supports the business to enhance IBP drive operational efficiencies, improve key metrics (MAPE, OTIF, Inventory, costs, etc), and/or to reduce complexity to drive business process excellence. The leader is responsible for driving value realization of investments, prioritization, and execution of all project enhancements and for ensuring the continuity of all processes within the IBP scope. The position has a global scope, with responsibilities for all business units within Johnson & Johnson MedTech.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Capability development:

    • Identify IBP automation opportunities enabling streamlined execution across all forums.
    • Collaborate with JJT and digital teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance IBP capabilities and reporting in conjunction with SigniFi.
    • Develop, implement, and lead technical, digital and/or process capabilities to support MedTech Plan within IBP to enhance planning capabilities/maturity.
    • Develop and deploy training and change management programs to enhance workforce IBP capabilities.
    • Drive continuous improvement and process standardization via the IBP Capability Engine Teams (CET), or communities of practice.
    • Collaborate with business users to define and harmonize user requirements for the IBP capabilities.
    • Organize and lead workshops to support investigation and alignment.

    Operational effectiveness:

    • Partner with other supply chain functions (data, deployment, planning excellence, etc.) to build working relationships across all teams that directly or indirectly impact business process performance.
    • Drive improvements in line with the IBP roadmap within the respective process scope.
    • Ensure all system solutions are consistently meeting the needs of the MedTech plan community, taking action to address break-fix issues while also leading efforts to improve business capabilities via system enhancements where applicable.
    • Provide proactive, concise, and pertinent communications to key business partners and impacted users as they relate to project execution, business transformations, change impacts, etc. On an ongoing basis, gauge the organizational “pulse” through various means (i.e., dialog, surveys, etc.) in order to better understand external perspectives and opportunities.
    • Govern operational stability of legacy processes and tools to ensure appropriate business process execution where applicable.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
    • Experience developing and deploying digital tools, in collaboration with digital teams, to enhance and streamline business processes
    • Project management experience
    • Proven ability to network and orchestrate across business and technology partners, with a demonstrated history of building relationships and influencing people
    • Strong problem solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment

    Preferred:

    • Experience within MedTech industry and/or Johnson & Johnson
    • Experience in supply chain planning and Integrated Business Planning (or Sales & Operations Planning)
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
    • Experience leading/facilitating/participating in IBP forums especially Demand Review (DR), Supply Review (SR) and/or Management Business Review (MBR) / Executive forums.
    • Equipped with foundational knowledge and methods to identify, engage, and build empathy with their customers, and apply these methods to their daily work
    • Focus on Business agility; agile delivery with a fail-fast attitude and measurable outcomes
    • Demonstrated success in influencing multiple cross-functional self-organized teams
    • Contributes with ideas that challenge thinking
    • Consistent track record of influencing / collaboration with Commercial and Finance
    • APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM or CIRM)
    • PMP, FPX, or equivalent

    Other:

    • Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 15% travel domestically and internationally.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    91,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD Annual

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
