Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fit for you. Summer intern positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last 10 weeks, beginning on June 6, 2022, and would be a hybrid of in-person and virtual. Our in-person positions are available at J&J locations in New Brunswick, New Jersey and Tampa, Florida.
During the internship, you’ll have a chance to work on vital assignments and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience that will help you grow both personally and professionally. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll apply your skill set in a supportive and collaborative environment while contributing to projects that make measurable, real-world impact during your 10-week experience. You will partner with Global Services leaders as well as other cross-functional partners supporting our cross-functional Shared Services organization.
The Intern(s) will participate in Service Experience or Strategy & Transformation projects such as:
Innovation: Assist in understanding and developing the channel strategy and user journeys
Knowledge Management: Aiding in the management of content governance processes for our internal knowledge portal
Portfolio Management: Aiding in the management of our Portfolio Management Process
Service Strategy: Aiding in the managing the Process mining environment
Service Excellence: Customer satisfaction survey utilization assessment across functions, exploration of survey technology and metric sources, and best practice standardization opportunities.
Global Services Strategy: Strategic planning and initiatives, service expansion opportunities, value marketing story development, and external partner outreach
Cross-Functional Capabilities: Intelligent Automation, Data Strategy & Governance
Change Management & Communications: Major program support and capabilities development activities
Business Engagement: Stakeholder connection content and insight development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Most assignments will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Work within specialized groups in J&J Global Services to deploy solutions for business partners and drive value
Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated business area
Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the Global Services project/program portfolio
Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the J&J Global Services Strategy
Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Must have completed Undergraduate Freshmen year by May 2022
A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is required.
Preferred college majors in one or more of the following: Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, Creative Writing

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1-B status) now or in the future.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Candidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team.
Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
