    POSITION DESCRIPTION

Create and design graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, and informative and instructional material through a variety of outlets such as presentations, sales/fact sheets, forms, manuals, proposals, video and websites. Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.

    THIS FULL TIME INTERN POSITION WILL BE AVAILABLE SUMMER 2020 AND PART TIME DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create and design presentations and automation effects (Flash, PowerPoint);
    • Create and design printed marketing materials such as sell sheets, promotional items, posters, sandwich boards, forms, etc.
    • Create and design digital marketing materials for digital displays, myLink, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Assist with video production and sound editing for instructional presentation for providers and customers
    • Assist with proposal graphics (i.e. flowcharts, graphs, maps, process flows, covers, CD/DVD covers)
    • Graphs and Chart Design
    • Create graphics, logos, icons, etc. for print and digital marketing materials

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, Graphic Design / Multimedia Design from an accredited college / university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
    • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
    • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, communications and social media skills
    • Experienced in the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Visio

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must demonstrate a high degree of creativity
    • Ability to manage time and multi-task to meet deadlines
    • Must be detail-oriented and well organized
