At Caring Senior Service of Kansas City Central , we help seniors live safely and independently at home. We're a new and growing agency—and we're looking for a Home Care Consultant who thrives on building relationships, supporting families, and strengthening our local presence.

Your Impact

As a Home Care Consultant , you'll be the bridge between families in need and the services we provide. You'll lead outreach to medical offices, senior centers, and community events—helping people access the in-home care that keeps their loved ones safe, happy, and at home.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead outreach efforts to generate new client referrals

• Build strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and community groups

• Represent Caring Senior Service at local events, health fairs, and partner meetings

• Guide families through their first steps toward in-home care

• Track leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM system

• Collaborate with our care team to deliver seamless service

• Meet referral and growth goals with purpose and compassion

✔ What You Bring

• Background in sales, outreach, or community engagement (healthcare experience is a major plus)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of home care, senior needs, or health services preferred

• Compassionate, organized, self-starter with a drive to serve

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
