Job Description
• Proactively source candidates through databases, networking, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation throughout the company's own internal hiring process
• Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives on behalf of company
• Liaise with client companies to clarify job specifications, desired candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and client communications in the internal applicant tracking system
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, onboarding
• Administer employee work hours, sick leave, and paid time off (PTO) through an internal timesheet management system
Core Competencies & Qualifications
• Practical experience in recruiting or HR
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to navigate cross-cultural business contexts
