Job Description

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures manual.
• Performs specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
• Knowledge of the following: restart appliances following power outages; location and operation of fire alarm systems; troubleshoot HVAC system and all dietary equipment; solder and thread pipe; minor plumbing repairs; accurately read basic drawings and blueprints.
• Performs PMs on main exhaust fans, air handlers, and VAV boxes.
• Assists in maintaining minimum working stock of parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Minimum two (2) years of HVAC or maintenance related experience required.
• Active Driver’s required.
