As a Production Supervisor, Technical, you will provide oversight and training support to Assembly Operators with and without developmental disabilities performing assembly, production and packaging contract work. The Production Supervisor, Technical is responsible for the set-up, production, quality and on-time delivery of customer product.

• Completes production related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Follows established procedures, identifies how to set-up production runs of contract work
• complies with ISO process and procedures as in Quality System Procedures
• Set-up/change over of production machinery for assigned jobs in efficient manner
• Friendly, supportive, communicative, and organized

Required Experience

High school diploma or G.E.D., plus 3 years experience in manufacturing/production setting as a Group Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor. One year experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Basic mechanical and/or electrical experience and basic blueprint reading required. Ability to read and comprehend complex and detailed work instructions a must.
