Advance Diversity & Inclusions (D & I) workplace initiatives by serving as the project manager on key deliverables and programs. Your Impact Gathers and analyzes data from subject matter experts (SMEs) Creates a project plan for workplace initiatives Develops communication plans for upcoming activities Manages the Diversity and Outreach calendar of events Provides direction to SMEs to keep projects on track; according to established timeline Advises Director of risks to deadlines; such as meeting, events, etc. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years of full-time undergraduate work Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelors degree program with a declared major focused on Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area. Additional Success Factors Excellent organizational and project management skills Detail oriented / Analytical Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Takes initiative and can work independently with minimal direction Strong sense of personal accountability to meet deadlines Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.
