    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Hawaii Behavioral Health provides behavioral health services to children and adults with special needs. We are looking to hire an experienced, self-directed full-time Office/HR Assistant to join our team. The qualified Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR Generalists with the day-to-day Human Resources Operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinates interview schedule for Operations Director and Human Resources Director.
    • Updates and maintains applicant tracking system.
    • Supports Human Resources Team with weekly follow up with new hires on credentialing process.
    • Assists as needed with new hire training and orientation.
    • Assists with employee record keeping.
    • Assists with the planning and implementing or employee recognition activities.
    • Organizes and participates in engagement/culture building activities, career and recruitment events.
    • Partners with Social Media Manager on team building/team marketing events.
    • Maintains strict confidentiality.
    • Other duties as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to plan, organize and meet strict timelines.
    • Must be detail oriented.
    • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and project management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be detail oriented.
    • Associates Degree or higher preferred
