  • Responsibilities

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Personal Habilitation (PAB) Worker/Direct Support Professional serves as a paraprofessional member of our treatment team. Under the guidance of a licensed professional, PAB Workers directly interact with our clients in the home or community setting. You will play a major part in helping those we serve reach their goals.

    Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (up to 40 hours per week)

    Location: Oahu and Big Island

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide hands-on assistance and/or habilitative training services
    • Mentor, train, and counsel clients and their caregivers
    • Services include: Activities for Daily Living (ADL), Instrumental Activities for Daily Living (IADL), mobility, communication and social skills and adaptive behaviors

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school or equivalent
    • Children/behavioral support: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Work Authorization: United States (Preferred)
