Equal Opportunity Employer: Minorities, Women, Veterans, Disabilities Responsibilities As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will: * Coordinate HR daily operations to ensure continuity of services, processes and adherence to quality and compliance standards. * Daily participation on the HR group email and phone tree to ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external customers. * Ability to coordinate and respond to unscheduled events as needed. * Manage the day-to-day administrative employee benefits support. * Respond to employee questions and referrals to vendors and benefit systems. * Management of several employee benefit systems such as tuition, worker compensation, state employee disability, benefit verifications and others. * Execute and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits related invoicing. * Other benefits administration duties as assigned. * Provide clerical and administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources. * Management and coordination of team meetings * Management of the Leadership Evaluation Manager (LEM) * Day to day support and coordination of the VP's calendar and emails. * Assure compliance and maintain systems specific to organizational, regulatory, licensure or legal standards regarding volunteers, fellows, contractors and students. Qualifications Required * High school diploma or equivalent experience * 2 years experience in Human Resources * 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Applications Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * 2 years experience in benefits administration
