The Health & Wellness Summer Intern Program at Johnson & Johnson is a comprehensive learning and professional experience in the health, well-being, behavior science and digital solutions space at one of the world’s leading health care companies. There are internships available in Marketing, Behavior Science, Product, Clinical Research, Data Science. Our Intern positions are usually for 10 – 12 weeks of full-time work during the Summer months. Positions will be located in Orlando, FL.

These positions involve a range of assignments which could include (in addition to others):

• Helping to identify and document solution requirements and support the delivery of digital health products through all stages of the product life cycle.
• Helping to understand and analyze the performance of our digital products as well as monitoring the competitive landscape.
• Partnering with cross-functional work groups to support a range of activities related to design, implementation and evaluation of digital behavior change interventions
• Assist with the development of business-to-business market models to help in building the business value potential for a suite of products, and assess commercialization scenarios for the business-to-business platform based on pricing, promotion and product strategies
• Play a role in all phases of the research and outcomes process including planning, preparation, application, evaluation, data analysis, and maintenance
• Responsible for building and reporting detailed analytics on digital assets central in driving demand generation for HPI, merging and monitoring dashboards across JJHWS products, synthesizing insights, and ongoing optimization and activation
• Assist in the coordination of all aspects of planning and coordinating the Performance Coach Summit and collecting & analyzing program feedback
• Mapping of the end to end sales cycle with a view to identifying gaps, developing sales tools to improve the experience and test/implement solutions to shorten the sales cycle

Successful Summer Intern's are required to:

• Have permanent work authorization in the US. We cannot consider students requiring future sponsorship.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or PHD. Preferred fields are Behavior Science, Behavioral Economics, Business Administration, Design, Communications, Engineering, Finance, Human Computer Interaction, Marketing, Psychology, Public Health, or something equivalent.
