    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with analysts to help develop analytic models to evaluate financial impact of business strategies to manage pharmaceutical spend and trend
    • Assist the internal analysts in the development of strategic initiatives aimed at improving the access and affordability of healthcare
    • Assist, interpret, and help analyze pharmaceutical claims and cost trends to identify management opportunities and measure the impact of strategy implementation
    • Help on projects by contributing to database creation, statistical modeling and financial reports
    • Work with analysts to analyze reporting tools utilized by the internal customer groups
    • Assist with any ad hoc projects throughout the internship

  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Other degrees are considered when accompanied by aptitude or interests in finance. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
    • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
    • 1-2 years of working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc. as well as proficiency in other Office applications
    • Strong academic credentials
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities and leadership potential
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
