Schedule: 40 hours / week, Monday through Friday (May require some nights and weekends) Role of department:The Care Delivery Marketing team is responsible for the research, planning and strategy of all marketing materials for HealthPartners and Park Nicollet clinics, specialty centers and hospitals.We strategically manage our brand to fulfill our mission and realize our vision Internship goals:You will get exposure to a wide variety of marketing strategies, tactics, events and hands-on learning within the fast-paced healthcare market. Accountabilities:An intern will assist team members with the following types of accountabilities and projects: -Development of research decks supporting various healthcare businesses including creative audits, competitive research, healthcare market trends and more. -Event planning and execution -Writing of discovery briefs, creative briefs and blogs -Assisting planning team with research and marketing projects at various stages -Provide planning team with assistance on large scale marketing projects -Manage small scale marketing project requests from planning team or business partners -Administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed by the planning team Preferred qualifications: -Excellent communication and listening skills -Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and provide clarity to requests -Ability to multi-task and react to accelerated deadlines -Dedicated to providing excellent service with a positive attitude -Loves details yet can understand the big picture -Enjoys the complexities of marketing in various media channels -Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, power point) HealthPartners is recognized nationally for providing outstanding care and experience for patients and members.
