Positions in this function provide technical support to the enterprise. This function includes employees working on incident management response and restoration; determination of issue priority, provisioning, and service request fulfillment; installations, upgrades, and releases / deployments; and problem management analysis and resolution. It also includes data center construction, operations, and maintenance employees.

WORKING SCHEDULE: This is a full time position with the standard working hours of Monday to Friday 12pm-9pm. Our office is located at 210 Westchester Ave, Purchase, NY.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work within metrics, adherence and attendance to ensure quality performance and productivity by using management support tool
• Submit time weekly
• Ensure consistent high - quality communication on calls are provided to customers
• Be a positive contributor to the work environment
• Attend training sessions when necessary
• Have flexibility with your start and end time (Monday - Sunday)
• When needed, act as a Business Services Liaison between Westmed and United
• Telephony and network support
• Westmed Information gathering as needed by United technicians
• Customer confirmation prior to ticket resolution
• Clinical assistance with submitting requests as needed
• Basic, structured, standard approach to work
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience with PC operating systems including Windows NT, 2000, XP and Windows 7
• 2+ years of Technology Support experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's Degree (or higher) in computer information System OR High School Diploma / GED (or higher) with equivalent work experience
• Knowledge with CompTIA A+, Network +
• 2+ years of experience in PC support
• Available for mandatory overtime during critical times
• Technical expertise on workstation hardware and supported software
• Technical Expertise on local area networks (LANs), network operating systems, network cabling topologies, and industry standards and practices

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
