    HR Intern Human Resources Eden Prairie, Minnesota Description The HR Intern provides operational support to the corporate Human Resources team across various areas, specifically in talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and performance management. RESPONSIBILITIES * Talent Acquisition * Schedule interviews and correspond with candidates. * Greet interview candidates and provide office tours. * Conduct initial phone screens. * Maintain the companys applicant tracking system (Jobvite). * Create new recruiting content and collateral. * Assist with Affirmative Action initiatives and compliance, including outreach to community organizations. * Post job openings on job boards and college websites. * Complete candidate reference checks as part of pre-employment process. * Assist with managing the companys internship program and planning intern events. * Manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Glassdoor) for recruiting and brand awareness. * Onboarding * Coordinate and communicate new employee onboarding plans. * Ensure completion of onboarding process, including I-9 form and E-verify compliance. * Coordinate company-wide onboarding program (Geek University). * Learning & Development * Assist with the administration of corporate learning platform (Lynda.com). * Assist with the implementation of new compliance training platform (ThinkHR). * Organize, audit, update, and maintain company job descriptions. * Assist with implementation of new mentor program for professional development. * Assist with developing content for various employee training programs. * Performance Management * Assist with the administration of companys performance and recognition tool (Reflektive). * Monitor usage and feedback, assist with reporting, and help develop follow-up strategies to support program and platform success. * Other * Assist with other functions as part of the HR team, including benefits, HR systems, payroll, compliance, and wellness. * Work with global HR team to reorganize employee intranet site (SharePoint). * Assist with selection and implementation of a new org chart management software. * Audit, organize, and convert employee files to electronic document management system (ADP Doc Cloud). * Participate in employee-led company wellness committee. QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities/Experience * University student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or other related field * Minimum GPA of 3.0 * Prior relevant internship experience preferred * Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication * Detail-oriented, while juggling multiple tasks and various deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Check us out on Glassdoor!
