    DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is searching for an undergraduate Co-Op for the North America Hip Marketing Team. Position will be based in Warsaw, Indiana.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    The North America Hip Marketing Co-Op will have the opportunity to:

     

    • Work on cross-functional teams and alongside the North America Hip Marketing team on projects such as collecting and disseminating market research information; creating and coordinating marketing materials, communication, managing equipment, training, and other activities in support of sales and customer meetings; and administer contest and/or sales promotion activities.
    • For the person applying, these projects allow you the opportunity to demonstrate responsibility, communication skills, and start to build your own personal brand!
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Currently enrolled (not necessarily taking classes) in an accredited college/institution, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business/Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Available to work for at least one year between August 2021 and May 2023, full-time (40 hours/week) when not taking school classes and part-time (20 hours/week) when taking school classes.
    • Only students in their sophomore year or above will be considered.
    • A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities are desired.
    • Completion of at least one Marketing class or one-year sales/marketing experience is required before the start of a Co-Op assignment

     

    The candidate applying provides his or her own transportation to work and is legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future.
