Your Role:

• Conduct initial in-home assessments and create personalized care plans

• Perform caregiver skill checks and regular supervisory visits

• Ensure all caregiver and client documentation is accurate and compliant

• Collaborate with the care team to support each client's health, safety, and satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in New Jersey

• At least 1 year of nursing experience (geriatric/home care experience a plus)

• 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication skills , independence, and a passion for senior care

• Reliable transportation , valid driver's license, and clean background
