What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct in-home RN assessments and create personalized care plans

• Perform caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits

• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation

• Collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina RN license (in good standing)
• 1+ year nursing experience (geriatric experience a plus!)
• 6+ months supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
