We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused professional to lead caregiver staffing, scheduling operations, and daily team support. This leadership role plays a critical part in maintaining reliable home care services, supporting caregivers, and ensuring excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities
Recruit & Support Caregivers
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard dependable caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and personal care assistants
- Build a strong caregiver team focused on compassion, reliability, and professionalism
- Maintain employee engagement and positive team culture
- Support caregiver retention through coaching, mentorship, and daily communication
- Reinforce service standards, attendance expectations, and accountability
Manage Home Care Scheduling
- Coordinate caregiver schedules for senior clients receiving in-home care
- Handle shift coverage, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs with professionalism and urgency
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, availability, and care needs
- Monitor scheduling efficiency and continuity of care
- Ensure accurate staffing coverage for ADLs, companionship, dementia care, and personal care services
Client & Family Communication
- Assist with new client onboarding and service coordination
- Communicate proactively with families regarding scheduling updates and caregiver assignments
- Resolve concerns quickly to maintain high client satisfaction
- Support quality assurance efforts to ensure consistent care delivery
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Provide hands-on support when needed to maintain uninterrupted care services
- Work closely with office leadership to improve operations and caregiver performance
- Foster a mission-driven culture focused on compassionate senior care
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership, staffing, scheduling, or management experience
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, staffing, or caregiving services preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Background Check required

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating on-call support for evenings and weekends
- Office-based position in West Orange, NJ
- Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year
