Do you have hands-on caregiving or CNA experience and a passion for supporting both seniors and caregivers? Caring Senior Service is looking for a Staffing Coordinator who understands quality care from the inside out.
As a Home Care Staffing Coordinato r , you'll support and mentor caregivers, help match them with clients, oversee schedules, assist with training, and ensure seniors receive compassionate, dependable care at home. You'll be a key connection between caregivers, clients, and leadership—stepping in to provide hands-on care when needed.
What You'll Do:
Recruit, train, and support caregivers
Match caregivers with clients and manage schedules
Assist with client onboarding and care plans
Build strong relationships with clients and families
Provide hands-on care as needed (ADLs, companionship, meal prep)
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of senior caregiving experience ( CNAs encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, compassionate, and team-oriented
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
Ability to support in the Georgetown, Killeen, and Temple areas
Comfortable using computers
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Rotating on-call evenings/weekends
$40,000–$50,000 annually
