    We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Homecare Consultant to join our team! As a Homecare Consultant, your primary role will be to generate new leads, referrals, and business for Caring Senior Service. Your dedication to delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and referral sources will be essential in promoting the mission and services of Caring Senior Service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand our client base.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.
    • Educate potential clients, referral sources, and the community about our home care services and the benefits they offer.
    • Conduct in-person visits and presentations to effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare landscape.
    • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, materials, and strategies.
    • Attend relevant industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach activities to build brand awareness and establish new relationships.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary + Commission: $50,000 – $80,000

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
    • Strong understanding of the home care industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients and referral sources
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and organizations
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally work outside standard business hours
    • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software

    Work Hours:

    • Full-time day shift, Monday through Friday
