Summary of Key Responsibilities: The cancer conference coordinator is responsible for coordinating anddocumenting cancer conferences and tumor board meetings at their assignedfacilities. Duties and Responsibilities ** ** Duties include but arenot limited to: * Monitor cancer conference mailbox to collectrequests to present at cancer conference. * Coordinate with Radiology, Pathology, Physiciansand outside facilities to insure all patient records needed for conference areavailable. * Support and collaboration with physicianmoderators, physician presenters and physician office staff. * Prepare cancer conference documentation (agenda,minutes and attendance log). * Coordinate all audio visual needs for the cancerconference. * Coordinate all catering needs for cancerconferences. * Responsible for taking of minutes duringconference.
