    The Human Capital Apprentice Program is a multi-year development experience designed for early career Human Capital professionals to take your learning, development, and expertise to the next level.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Accelerates development of Human Capital talent through challenging experiences and exposure to executive leadership
    • Provides broad exposure to multiple businesses and Human Capital functions while focusing on developing core competencies within each function
    • Fosters trusting relationships among the established cohort and a strong network across the organization
    • Make an immediate impact by applying your knowledge, skills and abilities to Human Capital projects that deliver direct benefits to the organization
    • Receive guidance from Human Capital mentors for the duration of the program

    Through Centers of Expertise rotations, ongoing development experiences, strong peer relationships and real-time knowledge application, the HCAP journey will accelerate your growth as Human Capital talent.

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BA/BS degree from an accredited university / college
    • Currently in final year of obtaining a Masters or MBA degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organization, Psychology or another applicable field of study from an accredited college / university. Coursework to obtain degree must be completed prior to start of employment. Degree must be awarded and verified within 6-8 weeks following the commencement date at your school
    • 3.00 or higher cumulative GPA
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
    • Human Resources experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to take direction from multiple sources, and prioritize work
    • Effective written and verbal communication
    • Deliver results with integrity
    • Build relationships of trust with effective interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects & deadlines
    • Must be willing to work out of Minnesota Corporate office
    • Must be willing to travel
