    As a Human Capital Intern, you will be responsible for supporting critical projects within corporate and business segment Human Capital teams. You will have the opportunity to gain practical human resources experience through multiple assignments spanning a variety of disciplines.

    The Human Capital internship experience is comprehensive. In addition to contributing to challenging work within assigned internship areas, interns will have an opportunity to explore the broader Human Capital function, gain exposure to leaders across the enterprise, and participate in professional development, mentorship, social responsibility, and networking throughout the summer.   • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree
    • Enrolled in a Master’s level business program, preferably related to Human Resources
    • Prior Human Resources experience (internships acceptable)
    • Ability to take direction from multiple sources, and prioritize work
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build trusting relationships with effective interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects & deadlines
    • Deliver results with integrity
    • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
    • Must be willing to work out of the corporate office in Minnesota
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
