Role Summary: As an HR Generalist, you’ll ensure our clinics run smoothly by supporting recruitment, HR compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and orient new staff

Administer benefits, leave, rewards, and recognition programs

Ensure compliance with employment laws and facilitate investigations

Support training, performance, and employee relations programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field)

2-4 year HR experience preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with employment laws and HRIS systems
