SUPERVISED BY: Director of Community and Home-Based Services or a designee.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a part of a diverse and inclusive team, evaluates and treats children, parents, and families from all backgrounds and identities in various settings. Provides an array of interventions, including therapy, crisis response, intensive case management, consultation, advocacy, and linkages. Interfaces with other professionals to provide collaborative care and promote equity in access to services. Adheres to IICAPS credentialing requirements and actively seeks to enhance cultural competency and sensitivity in practice.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Social Work or other Master’s level mental health degree. Demonstrated expertise in assessment, crisis intervention, and child and family therapy.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field required, with eligibility for professional licensure within two years of hire. Current licensure requirements as outlined by the state law in each field ** .**

This person is credentialed to provide diagnostic and treatment services to children 0-18 and their families under the supervision of a Licensed Clinician
